To do list:
Ensure that all runners know where the track.
Make sure the ground they are running on have not sharp objects on to reduce any chance of injurys.
Check all particapants have the correct kit.
Make sure there are at least 1 marshall on every corner so the runners dont go the wrong way.
Make sure all school teachers/coaches know the times of the races.
Motivating all the runners when there under pressure.
There must be a first aid kit around.
Also make sure all the marshalls have the correct kit to make us look more professional.
turn up on time
good comunication skills between each marshall
make sure all runner run the track not cheating.
